It has everything a cool person needs; and, there is even enough extra space to grow wheat on the back forty if you choose. It is expensive. So, unless the Sims 2 characters you are playing already have a lot of cash, you might want to use a cheat code by pressing control+shift+c, entering the word motherlode, and then pressing enter, to add 50,000 Simoleons at a time, and then move them from a vacant lot or a cheaper home after you have enough money to move them into 1223 Union Street. I based this packaged lot on my own home...
