This is an audio recording of a phone call I made to a rich and famous cable company who has a monopoly on the cable lines and acts like it. This isn't even the entire call. I decided to start recording, after a long endless and fruitless conversation, when I decided to demand to speak to a supervisor. Since I hadn't planned ahead of time to record the call, I only had time to set up a voice quality digital recorder designed for dictation, which only had an analog output, instead of using music/studio quality equipment for direct line input. So, I imported the audio into my computer and converted it into a voice quality digital recording at Red Book standard.
